The United States, and many other countries, have populations that are increasingly getting fatter and fatter. “Round is in” and “skinny is out.” Almost everybody these days is trying their best to look like “butter balls” instead of “zippers” so I am going to tell you how you can get very fat, so that you are not “left behind” in the great American “Get Fat Trend.”

To control body weight, avoid processed food obesity. Processed food is high-calorie and low-quality food that comes in a box, can, or carton. Because it is overloaded with sugar and carbohydrates, it increases your insulin production, which causes your body to store fat, as well as deprives your brain of glucose, resulting in food cravings - thus forming a vicious cycle of binge eating.
